SaaS Sales Development Representative - TalentNest

TalentNest, a division of Self Management Group, is a Talent Management Software with integrated diagnostics and assessments that helps attract, screen, select and retain top performers. This is salary + uncapped commission position and includes paid vacation and benefits.

The Sales Development Representative is a dynamic, consultative inside sales professional with the specific goal of hunting for new business opportunities. You will call on and close high value prospects using your best consultative skills and by offering the most appropriate recruiting solutions to enhance customer value.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will create impact by:

  • Prospect, qualify, educate and develop new accounts with a primary goal of setting meetings to onboard them into our platform
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  • Interact with prospects via phone, video conferencing, chat, LinkedIn messages, and email
  • Set meetings with prospects having pre-qualified them and participate in developing these prospects into Opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new client and pipeline targets
  • Innovate processes and contribute to greater business strategy by providing feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
  • Achieve productivity standards and adhere to all selling process practices and standards (including inputting accurate and complete data into CRM)
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture

Requirements:

  • Self managing, goal-oriented with a passion for sales and a track record of closing opportunities
  • Curious – you’re patient listener that asks questions to identify and understand a prospect’s needs
  • Resourceful – You go over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
  • Problem Solver – You love a challenge and thrive in roles where you can contribute to an organization beyond your assigned responsibilities
  • Experience working and succeeding in a goal driven environment
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
