We are currently looking for an experienced trainer, coach, facilitator, and entrepreneur to partner with the President of our PLUS Company to re-introduce our proven training programs to both existing clients and new prospects.
As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for identifying and building new B2B relationships and sales through an existing network or generating new opportunities.
What you will be doing:
Partner with the President to develop consultative strategies to leverage the SMG training programs for potential clients
Create, negotiate, and close sales opportunities
Ideally 5+ years of B2B experience in a sales or entrepreneurial environment
Experience as a trainer, facilitator, coach, or entrepreneur in the Talent Management area
Self-managing, goal-oriented with a passion for sales and a track record of closing opportunities
