As an Experienced Sales Distributor, this position will create the opportunity to expand your business through cross-selling our products and services to your existing client base and the acquisition of new clients and the retention of existing clients. The successful candidate will gain expertise in Self Management Group's talent acquisition and talent management solutions to deliver additional value to clients.
Developing new revenue through outside sales;
Accurately capturing and qualifying leads;
Effectively managing a sales pipeline;
Creating revenues by identifying opportunities and client needs; and
Consulting with clients to deliver value.
Skills and Qualifications:
Sales experience in technology or HR products;
The ability to be a self-starter and have creative to seek innovative solutions.

What you’ll do:
Manage all first-line Spanish speaking customer inquiries (telephone and email)
Providing technical support for our clients as well as managing and tracking tickets
Plan and administer on-boarding of new customers, and new users for existing customers
Demonstrate knowledge of products, services, and methodologies to enthusiastically provide support and mentorship
Project manage implementation tasks such as data migration, change management, product training, and roll-out strategies
You should have:
Excellent communication skills - spoken and written
Experience using SaaS technology in the work environment
Strong problem solving and technical aptitude
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Position the PWI with prospects through strategic value-based selling, business cases, ROI, and references.
Consistently utilize CRM tools to track activity and forecast business.
Track record of OVERACHIEVING sales quotas.
Proactive, with a high sense of urgency and strong time management skills.
Consultative RELATIONSHIP BUILDER with excellent communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of CRM systems.
Proactive, ethical, professional, with strong business acumen.
Track record of selling to managers/executives in larger organizations (i.e., 100+ employees).
Ready prospects within larger organizations (particularly in HR).
Experience selling employee survey products and services.
Understanding of HR and employee engagement practices within organizations.
