The Account Executive is a dynamic, consultative outside sales professional with the specific goal of hunting for new business opportunities. This role is instrumental in developing successful business relationships and leading all sales and account management functions for specific accounts.
As an Account Executive you will create impact by:
Drive sales of TalentNest software, solutions and services.
Act as a brand ambassador always seizing opportunities to increase TalentNest’s visibility in the marketplace.
Develop a pipeline of opportunities through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
Engage with prospects in order to position TalentNest's solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis and references.
Consistently utilize CRM tools to track activity and forecast business.
Track record of OVERACHIEVING sales quotas.
Proactive, with a high sense of urgency and strong time management skills
RELATIONSHIP BUILDER with excellent communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of CRM systems
