Our Administrative/Customer Support will be the first line of professional support for our clients and will also play a critical role in supporting the Executive Leadership Team and Manager of Operations. Must be a versatile and dynamic individual who can handle and prioritize multi-tasks and take initiative.
What you’ll do:
Greet visitors and clients at the front desk in a professional manner;
Manage all first line customer inquiries (telephone and email)
Basic customer and technical support using our SaaS assessment platform
Maintain cleanliness of front desk, lobby area, boardroom and kitchens.
Maintain and order office supplies, ensure supply room general items are stocked.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, cerlox binding, etc.
Receive mail and courier packages, process and send outgoing mail, ordering couriers for deliveries;
Sort and distribute all incoming mail and couriers
Coordinate outgoing mail and packages via courier and/or postage.
Assist with photocopier/fax/postage machine and office equipment service, including placing the service calls when required.
Assist the Executive Leadership Team and Manager of Operations with various projects and requests when required
Support the VP of HR in organizing office related activities and initiatives, ordering marketing supplies, etc.
Order breakfast and lunch requests from staff for clients
Light kitchen clean-up duties
You should have:
Excellent communication skills - spoken and written
Experience using SaaS technology in the work environment
Strong problem solving and technical aptitude
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & PhotoShop is an asset, but not required
Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities

As an Experienced Sales Distributor, this position will create the opportunity to expand your business through cross-selling our products and services to your existing client base and the acquisition of new clients and the retention of existing clients. Developing new revenue through outside sales;

Skills and Qualifications:
Sales experience in technology or HR products;
The ability to be a self-starter and have creative to seek innovative solutions.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for your active projects which could be anything from fixing a bug to developing a new feature. You will touch all aspects of the development process, back-end, user experience, integrate new tools and APIs. We are very collaborative and if you have a good idea, we figure out how to make it a reality.

As an ISR, you will:
Drive sales of the PWI, its reporting, and follow-through consulting.

Develop a pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, market sector knowledge, etc.
Position the PWI with prospects through strategic value-based selling, business cases, ROI, and references.
Consistently utilize CRM tools to track activity and forecast business.
Track record of OVERACHIEVING sales quotas.
Proactive, with a high sense of urgency and strong time management skills.
Consultative RELATIONSHIP BUILDER with excellent communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of CRM systems.

Track record of selling to managers/executives in larger organizations (i.e., 100+ employees).
Ready prospects within larger organizations (particularly in HR).
Experience selling employee survey products and services.
Understanding of HR and employee engagement practices within organizations.
