Bookkeeper 

Operating out of Toronto, (on top of Islington Subway Station), we are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude to join our team. The Bookkeeper will support our finance team by excelling at customer service, being well-organized, and is detailed and accuracy oriented. Once completed the in-house training, the successful candidate will need to be able to work under strict deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing accounts payable invoices & accounts receivable payments.
  • Processing credit card payments.
  • Processing daily bank deposits.
  • Providing ongoing support to customers and vendors.
  • Working on a collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Should have experience with accounting software, Excel and Word.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills for answering phone calls and any other administrative duties that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in either accounting, finance or business administration.
  • Willing to work full-time hours (35hrs/week).


What you get:

Compensation Package: $40,000 to $45,000 per year.
Insurance benefits after completing a three month probation period.
