Our Customer Service Assistant is the first line of professional support for our clients and plays a critical role in delivering satisfaction to all of our stakeholders. You are a versatile and dynamic individual looking for an opportunity to provide front line customer service and support with the chance to grow in a fast-pace high performing culture.

What you’ll do

  • Manage all first line customer inquiries (telephone and email)
  • Basic customer and technical support using our SaaS assessment platform
  • General office duties e.g., creating, editing and copying documents, ordering supplies; preparing couriers/handling mail, etc.
  • Light kitchen clean up duties
  • Running occasional errands

You should have:

  • Excellent communication skills - spoken and written
  • Strong problem solving and technical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photo Shop is an asset
  • Experience using SaaS technology in the work environment is an asset
