Sales Representative for the Positive Work Inventory®

Do you have experience selling to organizational leaders? Do you want to help unlock employee potential and engagement, achieve next-level performance for organizations, and perhaps even change the world? We’re looking for Independent Sales Representatives (ISR) for the Positive Work Inventory® (PWI), a comprehensive, science-based, employee survey with a basis in positive psychology.

Our ISR’s are dynamic, outside sales professionals that hunt for new business opportunities. You’d be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, developing potential customers, and ultimately creating new business for our Account Executives. 

As an ISR, you will:

  • Drive sales of the PWI, its reporting, and follow-through consulting.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, seizing opportunities to increase the PWI’s visibility in the market.
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, market sector knowledge, etc.
  • Position the PWI with prospects through strategic value-based selling, business cases, ROI, and references.
  • Consistently utilize CRM tools to track activity and forecast business.

About You:

  • Track record of OVERACHIEVING sales quotas.
  • Proactive, with a high sense of urgency and strong time management skills.
  • Consultative RELATIONSHIP BUILDER with excellent communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Proactive, ethical, professional, with strong business acumen.

Exceptional candidates:

  • Track record of selling to managers/executives in larger organizations (i.e., 100+ employees).
  • Ready prospects within larger organizations (particularly in HR).
  • Experience selling employee survey products and services.
  • Understanding of HR and employee engagement practices within organizations.
