Account Manager (HR/Talent Management)

Self Management Group (SMG) is a leader in talent management solutions, partnering with clients worldwide to help them attract, select, retain and develop top performing employees.

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our Analytics and Talent Management Team. You will play a critical role in working with the team in leveraging the latest technology in AI and cloud computing to enhance the use of personality assessments in developing high performing cultures. You will also be instrumental in building relationships, managing projects and providing consultive support and ongoing training with our key clients.

You possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to a business audience
  • University Degree (B.A. or higher) in psychology, organizational behaviour, human resources or related fields
  • Experience with personality assessment tools for selection, coaching and development
  • Comfortable working with data and technology especially web-based systems
  • Ongoing initiative with excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Managing corporate accounts and all aspects of the client relationship including ongoing service and training
  • Collaborating with the Predictive Analytics team to develop strategic initiatives leveraging our client validation studies and database of 20 million+ assessments
  • Manage specific client related projects
  • Ongoing support to SMG Sales and Distributor team

This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary will be negotiated based on industry experience and educational qualifications.
