We’re looking for Independent Sales Representatives (ISR’s) for the Positive Work Inventory® (PWI), a comprehensive, science-based employee survey with a basis in positive psychology. The PWI includes a variety of smart reports for organizational change.

As an ISR, you’ll have the opportunity to impact the bottom line and create new business for our Account Executives. Your day-to-day will include market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approaches to employee engagement and performance. We're all about optimization, and insight on how to enhance the lead generation process is encouraged!

You should have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to remain focused for long periods of time
  • The ability to triage competing priorities

You may have, as a plus:

  • Experience cold-calling and cold-emailing
  • Experience working with Salesforce or another intricate CRM
