Office Administrator / Receptionist

Self Management Group is looking to hire a dynamic front office administrator/receptionist.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and greeting clients/guests
  • Organizing and assisting with catered lunches
  • Collecting and distributing mail, including shipping/receiving by courier
  • Ordering supplies for the office
  • Maintaining photocopy, fax and postage machine
  • Ensure boardroom and meeting rooms are kept clean & tidy
  • Kitchen duty – restock supplies, empty dishwasher and ensuring all kitchens are tidy
  • Providing support to sales and account managers on a variety of projects
  • Other duties/tasks as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • In-depth working knowledge of MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task various duties assigned and proactively complete office duties
  • Team player and customer service oriented

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Industry Competitive

Required experience: 3-5 years of Administrator/Front Desk/Customer Service experience required.
