Senior Research Consultant

Self Management Group (SMG) is an industry leader in pre-employment psychometric assessment tools. SMG offers an array of position specific personality assessments that help organizations identify, select, coach and develop top performing employees.

SMG is looking for qualified applicants who possess the following attributes:

• Strong background in research methods and statistics including fluency with SPSS statistical software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• University Degree (Master’s degree or PH.D. in psychology, organizational behaviour or related fields preferred).

The Senior Research Consultant will be primarily responsible for conducting validation studies for SMG’s blue chip clientele and presenting findings and recommendations appropriate to an HR and/or senior management audience.  Other responsibilities will include project and client relationship management as well as team leadership.  The Senior Research Consultant also will collaborate on internal SMG projects such as developing and testing new assessment products and conducting meta-analytic studies and professional publications.

This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary will be negotiated based on industry experience and educational qualifications.
