As an Experienced Sales Distributor, this position will create the opportunity to expand your business through cross-selling our products and services to your existing client base and the acquisition of new clients and the retention of existing clients. The successful candidate will gain expertise in Self Management Group's talent acquisition and talent management solutions to deliver additional value to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new revenue through outside sales; 
  • Accurately capturing and qualifying leads; 
  • Effectively managing a sales pipeline; 
  • Creating revenues by identifying opportunities and client needs; and 
  • Consulting with clients to deliver value.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in technology or HR products;
  • Consulting experience;
  • The ability to be a self-starter and have creative to seek innovative solutions.
