Business Development Executive - Inside Sales (TalentNest)

The Business Development Executive is a dynamic, consultative inside sales professional with the specific goal of hunting for new business opportunities. You will call on and close high value prospects using your best consultative skills and by offering the most appropriate recruiting solutions to enhance customer value.

 

As an Account Executive you will create impact by:

  • Drive net-new sales of TalentNest software, solutions and services.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, always seizing opportunities to increase TalentNest’s visibility in the marketplace.
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
  • Engage with prospects in order to position TalentNest's solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis and references.
  • Consistently utilize CRM tools to track activity and forecast business.

About You:

  • 1-2 years inside sales experience preferred, or are a new graduate looking to kick start their sales career.
  • Proactive, with a high sense of urgency and strong time management skills. You are committed to overachieving your sales quotas and maximizing your income.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Proactive, ethical, professional, with strong business acumen

Success Metrics:

  • Daily/weekly activity targets
  • Monthly meetings/demo targets
  • Monthly closed/won business initiated by BDE
  • Quarterly proposals/demos delivered targets
  • Net new contacts added to database
