We are looking for a Talent Analytics Consultant to join our Analytics and Talent Management Team. The successful applicant will play a critical role in building relationships and providing consulting and training services with our key clients.
SMG is looking for qualified applicants who possess the following attributes:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
University Degree (B.A. or higher) in psychology, organizational behaviour or related fields preferred with additional education/certification in adult learning is an asset
Experience with personality assessment tools for selection, coaching and development
Comfortable working with data and technology especially web-based systems
Self-starter with excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
Demonstrated knowledge in design, development and delivery of blended learning solutions is an asset
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
